Paper submission
We invite authors to submit high-quality full papers reporting original and novel research results on all the topics below. Papers must be written in English, unpublished, and not submitted elsewhere. Full papers must be formatted as the standard IEEE double-column conference template (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html) and submitted exclusively using the link TBD. A maximum of 5 pages are allowed for each paper, including all illustrations and references.

All papers must be presented at the conference to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
