Registration Fees
These are the registration fees for the conference. Later, the organizing committee will provide further instructions to proceed with the registration process.

* These fees apply until the beginning of the conference. Please remember that you must be registered in order to present your paper or poster if you are an author.

Important Notes
Author registration categories cover a maximum of one paper. Each registration has the possibility to include one additional paper with an additional fee:
- COP $450.000: until August 22
- COP $550.000: after August 22
Non-author registration categories have a certificate of participation.

Copyright
IEEE policy requires that, prior to publication, all authors or their employers must transfer to IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers. Please visit the corresponding IEEE copyright transfer platform to complete the IEEE Copyright Form for the conference.
Note: Please include the names of the authors and the title of the paper, and make sure that the Copyright Form is signed by one of the authors.

Please remember that the final version of your paper must be submitted via EasyChair and also validated in IEEE PDF eXpress®. This is mandatory for inclusion in the conference proceedings and indexing in the IEEE database.
Before Creating a PDF
Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
Creating your IEEE PDF eXpress® Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress® site.
First-time users should do the following:
- Create an account.
- Enter the following information:
- Conference ID: 71321X
- Your email address
- A password
- Continue entering information as prompted.
An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of IEEE PDF eXpress® need to follow the steps above but should enter the same password used for previous conferences. Please verify that your contact information is valid.

No-show Policy
All papers must be presented at the conference to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®. Please take this policy into account to avoid inconveniences.
Post-proceedings
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and made available via the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®. According to IEEE policy, the proceedings will also be submitted to the Scopus database for indexing. At least one paper author must register and present the paper at the event.
